Cancellation Policy

Clothera Apparels reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

• In the event customer wishes to cancel the order, the order can be cancelled only before shipment.

• To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone.

• Orders that are canceled after 24 hours of being placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value.

• Customers will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
