At Clothera Apparels, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned beyond the specified return period.

 

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions for returns.

• If the product meets the conditions for returns, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

 

Exclusions:

• Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return package is not lost or damaged.
